Hotel: nice room. - it would be great to add semivisible courtains in room 308 to enjoy daylight without neighbours looking in your room :) Breakfast: ok but not sooo super for the range of the hotel. If you put fresh vegetables on the buffet please control if the cherry tomatoes are mold or not, the cucumber are fresh or dry; also the pineapple looked like a little old. Atmosphere: really nice staff; thank you

Hey, I visited your hotel last week We book a ski vacation and took 2 rooms from January 2 until January 6, 2024 We were told that the pool in the hotel is heated, in reality it was frozen and it was not possible to enter it, so is the jacuzzi! This was a very important part for us in choosing the hotel, After skiing enjoy the facilities of the hotel The room service and also the cleaning was just terrible! The stay at the hotel was simply unbearable that we preferred to just leave one night earlier! I fly for vacations abroad at least 8 times a year and never complain, But staying at the hotel was unbearable, I really suffered! worst vacations I've ever had!

Room with balcony looking at the mountain was fantastic. Heated bathroom floor, lots of storage, hooks and closet space. Modern throughout. Hot tub on the rooftop was really nice except I got hot tub foliculitus. It's not clean and a bunch of sweaty Russian guys got in and I guess I stayed a minute too long. Service is typical hipster, curt and aloof. The Happy Hour food was descended up on by vulture snowboarders, so don't count of getting anything much less a drink at the small bar. Eat elsewhere. Breakfast was nice enough with a very nice Nigerian woman. The clientele is elite British who tend to ignore "the help" and look down on everyone else. This was off-putting but not unexpected. The location of the hotel is good for skiing but a bit of a walk to Spar grocery. The town is flat though and easy to get around on foot. Picturesque and lovely ski town. The hotel has a garage elevator to store your vehicle in. And easy to get to off the main traffic circle. Nice views of mountain from higher floors. I'd stay again but only if I got a deal. I know what to expect now.

Really nice hotel, one of the best in St Anton if not the best, very friendly and helpful staff, nice big rooms with great facilities including big shower and bath, and two sinks - bathroom has a heated rail for drying towels and clothing on which is great for skiers. Spa is nice with sauna, steam room, showers and hot tub but this was the let down as, though it is big, there are only six jets plus lots of small air holes but these are useless. However, don't let that stop you from booking here, everything else was great and I was so glad I booked to stay!

Amazing experience. The hotel is very well located and all its infrastructure is impeccable. The breakfast is just wonderful. The spa environments are great, the only drawback is the dispute for the jacuzzi on the terrace and the sauna allows men to be naked, I did not feel comfortable, but I understand that it is a habit in some places. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would go back.
